Please note that we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes ordering the wrong item, incorrect fitment, colour preference, or no longer needing the product.
Please make sure you review product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.
Once assessed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges are not offered.
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or show signs of use or odours

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
There are no restocking fees.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
If you need a different item, size, or variation, a new order will need to be placed.
7. Lost or Delayed Return Parcels
We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns.
